About Me

I started getting hot flushes at 38 years old when I was still trying to conceive my first child. It didn't even slightly occur to me that I was perimenopausal and probably had been for many years. I don't think I even knew it was a thing!

By 40 I was post-menopausal.

I've spent the last 12 years learning to make changes according to my symptoms and figuring out what works and what doesn't.

I've had to pivot and adjust a few times, take advice I didn't want ( take the pill or your bones will crumble, you will grow old and die young), and find out I didn't get the right help when I needed it most.

After breaking a rib when I was 45 I found out I had osteopenia which declined into osteoporosis 2 years later, which is when I took my health into my own hands.

I've now got stronger bones than I did 10 years ago, feel so much better than I did in my 30s and 40s and peri to post-menopausal health is my slight obsession!

I've spent my whole working life in the wellness and fitness industry. During the last lockdown, I had a moment of inspiration that I wanted to help women transition through this stage of life fully informed about what is happening to them, what to do about it and to arrive on the other side with strength, grace, and joy. (Not exactly how I did it I but got there eventually) :)

This program is a project of passion for me as I truly want to help women embrace this stage of life - more than I had the opportunity to. Early menopause was a lonely road and I'm looking forward to holding your hands into what will be your best years. We've done the hard yards (yes, still some to come) and it's now time to consciously embrace our wonderful bodies and treat ourselves with love.

I've spent the last 12 months studying and I'm certified as a Menopause Transition Coach and Menopause Fitness Specialist and have learnt so much I've been able to apply to my health with such a positive result.
